Windows 10: 0xc1900208 error

I tried to upgrade my system to Windows 10 1803 but failed. Currently, I run version 1607 for Windows 10 Home x64 bit OS and I see an error 0xc1900208 when try to upgrade the system to the latest version.

Windows Update Troubleshooter didn’t help. Can you help me?

I am trying to update my Win 10 Pro and it isn't working. Is it because this was an upgrade from Win 7 pro?
