Windows 10: 0xd0000225 error, cannot log into Windows 11 and cannot reset PIN.

When I try to reset the PIN, I'm taken to my online Microsoft account, which wants to send an access code to My Outlook, but the email never arrives. . The Outlook account is working I can send mail to and from this account but still, no Access Code arrives. Fingerprint and Face ID no longer work, either. I am entirely locked out but I can get into BIOS,Lenovo Thinkpad Carbon gen 5This erro

I recently just bought a ROG Ally that runs on Windows 11. I was able to log into windows and set up my device with no issue. After a few Instances

of signing into my device an error code occurred, And reads “something went wrong and your pin isn’t available (code 0XD0000225). Click to set up your pin again.” I proceed to try and reset my PIN with my email and password. But for verification it is forcing me to use my old phone number that in no longer active. I loged online and requested to chang the phone number that is connected to my account but this will take 30 days to get approved. I would love some Guidance on this matter. Thank you.

 

logging in with password - issue with GoDaddy and Windows 11

I did create a PIN for this computer, however when I tried logging on using my PIN, I received an error code of "0xd0000225" that said my PIN was unavailable. I was also unable to reset my PIN - it tried going to a browser page but it said it was unavailable and to "contact IT support". I am a small business owner and do not have IT support.

I followed instructions to reset PIN from this site: Error code 0xd0000225 for login pin not being available - Microsoft Community. However since I don't have access to a password, I still cannot log onto my computer.

I have no options to get into my computer right now, either with PIN or password.

I've had this laptop (Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 2) for about 6 weeks, and I have been logging into it without issue using a pin since I bought it. However, as of this morning, when I use the pin, I keep getting this message:

"Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (code: 0xd0000225). Restart your device to see if that fixes the problem."

Spoiler alert, restarting did not fix it. I can log in using a password, which is how I got in now, but I've restarted it several times. I've looked for this error code also, but while I have found other login/user account related errors with this number and XBox, I cannot find anything for this particular PIN login error affiliated with it. I have rerun my virus software, checked for updates, but nothing has fixed it.

Any advice?
