Windows 10: 0xe0434352 error code

I have a Dymo label makerThe software just opens then crashes. I called Dymo tech support and they couldn't figure it out but this code 0xe0434352.They told me to contact tech support from microsoft so here I am.I've used the methods provided by microsoft.Tried Net framework repair toolCMD scannow reset display driversused the msconfrig to rebootnothing seems to get my label maker to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Laptop extremely slow to load up Windows login page. Eventually when able to login, notice there are no internet connections. Only thing listed is airplane mode, which is greyed out anyway. Nothing happens when I click the start menu, and eventually, I
get the following error 0xe0434352

 

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
