  1. 1.1gb cached memory out of 2.6gb ram

Problem could be shared graphics memory which refers to a design where the graphics chip does not have its own dedicated memory, and instead shares the main system RAM with the CPU and other components.

Boot your computer into BIOS setup utility to see if there is a option to configure shared graphics memory size.

Each BIOS setup menu is different so its hard for me to guide to correct location where you can configure how much memory shared by graphics, look for it at Advanced tab.

  6. Visit your laptop manufacturer website to download and install latest version of the device drives.

Have you checked all the tabs to see if there is any setting allow you to reduce shared graphic memory?

According to your computer specs you are running 32-bit Windows 10. The total address space available with 32-bit is 4GB and has to be shared with things like graphics RAM. 1.4GB hardware reserved is typical for a 32-bit system.

As Bree mentioned, a 32 bit OS has a 4 GB physical address space. The major resident of this space is usually RAM but it must also be shared with memory mapped hardware. For good performance this is essential and there is nothing you can do about it. Typically this would leave about 3.2 GB for RAM. However, if RAM is shared with the video system (very common with laptops) this will be further reduced. Having 2.6 GB available to Windows does not seem unreasonable. Laptops tend to provide only the basic BIOS settings with no advanced options.

If you are having a problem with games it is likely due to poor graphics performance which is very common with laptops. The design priorities of laptops (low power consumption, small size, etc.) are at odds with the requirements of high performance video. Manufacturers ads and sales people may claim otherwise but laptops do not make good game machines and there is nothing you can do to make it so.

You did not understand the answer properly.
There is no need to disable Superfetch.
Windows 10 manages things better than a user can.

Get more RAM(if you are on 64 bit Windows), messing with management of RAM won't get you anywhere.

With an iGPU the VRAM is shared with main RAM and could be 2 GB, only likely with a game.

The Nvidia 940MX has 2 GB of its own VRAM.

So, to maximise the amount of main RAM available obviously select the Nvidia card.

However the bottom line is you need more RAM a minimum of 8 GB (for 64 bit installs).

"also where to find shared graphics memory size in BIOS"

As I have said above this is only applicable when using the iGPU, it is not fixed but allocated by the system when required. No settings in BIOS/UEFI.
You can find this out by using the Task Manager > Performance Tab and looking at GPU 0, see below.

  10. Don't be sure about that i have reduce the size of the shared graphic memory from BIOS/UEFI but this option not available for all computers.

  14. You can use RUFUS utility to create bootable Windows 10 USB flash drive.

Delete all partitions if you have a partition where you backup your files you can leave it a long and install the Windows 10 on unallocated space.
