Windows 10: 1/5 of my screen is just white with a black border. I don’t know if it’s actually broken or...

When I take a screenshot of the page it shows what’s behind it but I can’t physically see it. Is there anything I can do or do I have to take it to someone to get it fixed.

Is that white border visible on your Desktop and all open applications?
