Problems I face:1 My DVD drive port automatically ejects. Sometimes it occurs while connecting to usb poer. It ejected right now while I am typing. I use external keyboard.2 The LED near charging port is on even after my laptop is switched off.3 My touchpad is a bit erratic, expecially elan touchpad. 2. DVD drive not ejecting

    Hello,

I am an Independent Advisor. Try ejecting it through file explorer.

    1. Open file explorer.

    2. Navigate to This PC.

    3. Right click on the "DVD drive".

    4. Choose "eject" option from the context menu.

    5. It will automatically eject.

If that didn't work then laptops have a force eject pinhole on their DVD drives. Use that pinhole to force eject the DVD drive.
