Windows 10: 1 Single Update later Destroyed my 16gb of ram memory and nothing in RUNNING in the...

hello there.... hear me out for god sake. i got a new gaming pc i worked for..


specs: I7 9700K 3.6GHZ


16GB OF RAM


1tb samsung quavo


GPU RTX 2060 SUPER DUAL 8GB


when i installed a fresh windows copy on it it was running fine with all apps in the background and my memory used to be under 10.


1 update later ITS STAYING ON 30 TO 20 AND ITS KILLING MY PC..........


tried everything from re formating my pc 5 times


asking tech support from here :WINDOWS ADVISORS: wich it didnt help at all every single one of them keep telling me the same method wich not working at all.. i love how someone told me GET MORE RAM LIKE WTH


all of this from a damn windows update wich people saying its the 2004 update i re installed older versions of windows wich i was hoping its goona work and nope it didnt my memory still the same.. im lit tired of this bs.


so please for god sake. it happend before in 2018 for cpu wich my old pc... and its happening again

Install Win7 64bit with 4gb later update to 16gb?

i wanna know if it's safe and all that to install Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64bit on my pc with my 4gb memory and than later update to 16gb memory or should i wait until i get my 16gb (4x4gb)?

 

Can i use Windows Memory Diagnostic in 16gb of ram system ?

Can WMD/Memory test used in 16gb of ram computer ?
Someone said you should run wmd/memtest if you only have 4gb of ram, if you have more than 4gb you have to use memtest86. Is it true ?

Base on the screenshot you provided, it means you have a 3.5 GB usable memory out of the 4 GB memory installed. The amount of usable memory that you see is not exact amount. Usable memory is a calculated amount of the total physical memory minus "hardware
reserved" memory.

The reduction of the available system memory depends on the configuration of the following:

• The devices that are installed in the computer and the memory that is reserved by those devices.
• The ability of the motherboard to handle memory.
• The System BIOS version and settings.
