Windows 10: 10 Pro Asks For Company Login After Reset

Hi, I bought a few used 10 Pro Dell desktops and laptops during a liquidation sale from a business to refurbish and resell, but after resetting if I connect to internet during initial setup it says Welcome to XYZ Company please sing in with your company email address.How can I remove this? Reset or clean install doesn't change as the 10 pro key is in the UEFI. I can set up with a local account with no issue, but in case whoever uses it wants to reset it, I don't want to have problems in the future.If the pc is connected to the company's Azure or something, then I don't want them to be able to

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

Download Windows 10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.

Can't login to my windows 10 PC

Hi,

I tried everything that you suggested.

I am trying to login to Microsoft account.

And I am able to login using the web interface.

I used on-screen keyboard too. But the issue persists. It gives an error, and asks to try again.

Please help. I am stuck.
