Windows 10: 100% CPU usage while docking

So, I have a Lenovo with Windows 10, IntelR CoreTM i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz, 23GB memory and whenever I connect a dock to use two external monitors Icy Box/DisplayLink I get peaks of CPU use, actually, it stays at 100% until I disconnect the dock. I searched for answers online, A LOT of people seem to have the same issue, but no workaround so far.

CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

Any suggestions?

I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

 

CPU Usage 100%

PC starts with 100% cpu usage. It won't come down even cpu is left idle. Cpu fan won't stop, when temp are normal.

As you can see my CPU usage is always 100%, Due to this CPU fan never stops, even when temperature are normal.

When I turn on pc, it always starts with 100% cpu usage. I also ran malware and antivirus scans, couldn't help (Quick Heal antivirus).

Using Windows 10 updated to latest version.
