Windows 10: 100% cpu when viewing youtube videos or livestreams on ANY browser

PLEASE help mehp pavilion20-b303laamd e1-1500 apu with radeontm hd graphics 1.48 ghz4gb ramsystem 64 bits proccesor x64About a month ago, 03/04/2023, i did a windows upgrade of my old hp 20-b303la all in one pc wich had windows 8.1 to windows 10, but thats where my problems happened and now i regret it badly, basically after using windows 10 and not liking it i decided to clean install windows 8.1 after 2 weeks, i think the reason as to why i wanted to revert was because of perfomance isues, unfortunely i dont remember if my cpu ran at 100% when using the browser, im mentioning this because

since I updated to Symbian Belle, I'm now unable to view youtube videos through my browsers.

I tried both the native browser and opera mobile browser.

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
