Windows 10: 100% disc usage on system HDD at start up for 30 mins, system process causing it?

hi, i have had this issues on and off for the last months, at first i didnt notice it as i always give my pc a few minutes before i start doing things, but its become apparent that my PC is slow for the first 30-40 mins of startup to where it cannot open anything until it stops.PC specs:Windows 10 Professional 64bitIntel Xeon Gold 6240 Processor 2x256 GB RAMGeForce GTX 1060 6GBdell prebuilt, Precision 7920 Towerits not very old 2 1/2 years and i run the system on a 4 TB HDD which is also just as old. i am worried that my HDD may be failing but nothing strange comes up about it when i try

"System" process causing 100% disk usage.

I have a strange problem past few months. My laptop is slow in boot and has performance issues although my CPU, GPU and memory usage never hits above 50% but the process "system" utilizes about 15mb-30mb in hdd and therefore my disk usage is never under
90%.

Step I have tried:

1:Ran antivirus scan and no harmful threat was found.

2:Ran SFC /SCANNOW and endes windows found errors bit unable to fix them.

3: Disabled many services like superftch and windows update but nothing changed

4: Tried an update but nothing changed.

5: turned dep on and off.

My laptop specs

4gb ram

AMD A6 7310 processor

AMD R4 graphics

Looking forward for a fix.

 

CPU usage 100% but system idle process says otherwise

Hello, So I was copying a large group of files (400 gigs) to an external drive, it was about 150 gigs in when the PC crashed ( i believe due to MSI usb speed up), i've since removed the MSI program but CPU usage stays at 100% from the moment the PC turns on, however system idle process shows it's using most everything which is good, and PC perfomance is normal and unlike if CPU usage was actually 100%, but I can't figure out how to fix this, any suggestions or tips would be so helpful, I've attached screen shots showing 100% usage but every program running doesn't add up to near that and system idle showing everything mostly idle. Thanks!!!!!

My Disk is 100%! and it caused by the System process.

Plus:
It slowing down my keyboard. A LOT!
