Windows 10: 100% disk usage beacuse of System process

ShareX lagged beacuse of disk usage, so I got only the one with 99% one, look at Figure 1.Why it uses my entire disk, it makes the entire system not usable at all beacuse of lag.But not everytime, sometime it drops to 0%-50% Figure 2, and then blows up to 100% Figure 2.Spotify lags, Explorer lags. And also, this happens in the first 30 minutes or a hour after booting up, hibernation, restart or power off and on, doesn't matter. This lag spike can happen after that, but only sometimes.What can be a reason for this?What I tried:1 Disabling "SysMain" SuperFetch service;2 Checking disk, sy

system 100% disk usage even after reset

for example i open a picture the pictures process goes 100% disk usage

i open a game, i get 100% disk usage and after i close i also get 100% disk usage.

usually its system process always doing 100% disk usage.

As mentioned above, you can add additional columns to the list of processes by right-clicking on any column header.

I would suggest adding Disk Reads and Disk Writes from the Process Disk tab

You should be able to identify which process or processes are heavy disk I/O users.

How to solve 100 % disk usage in windows 10 after fall update?

your hard disk 100% usage. Here's how:

• Type task manager in the Windows search bar and select the best match.
  
• In the Processes tab, look at the disk process to see what is causing your hard disk 100% usage.
