Windows 10: 100% Disk Usage for my slave Hard drive - WD 1TB barracuda

Sorry for the repost, I thought it's already fixed. When I did the fix and have my pc reboot, it work initially but

when (explorer.exe) Initial navigating of files, it causes 100% disk usage in drive D.

After several seconds it will now work fine, then loads 100% once again when you navigate to other files that

hasn't been loaded before.

This is my unit:
Processor: i7-4790
RAM: 16gb
Mobo: MSI z97 gaming 3
GPU: NVIDIA 1050 Ti
2 Hard drive:
1) SSD - Kingston 120gb (local disk C
2) HDD - Western Digital 1tb (local disk D


Things I've tried from google:

-disabling SuperFetch

-editing services.msc

-perform chkdsk

-viewing resource monitor

-editing MSISupported on regedit

-https://www.kapilarya.com/fix-windows-10-100-percent-disk-usage-problem

The hard drive is for the Fractal Design Node 202 Mini ITX case.

 

100% Disk Usage on Secondary Hard Drive

I'm not too sure entirely if this is Windows 10 or the hard drive, but recently on one of my secondary drives, the disk usage spikes up to 100% and stays at max for a long time. The capacity of the hard drive is 1TB and I've split it into two partitions.
I noticed this happens when I use the Dolphin Emulator and access files from the "GAME" partition I made or when I play games on the "GAME" partition. Windows doesn't lag, but the application(s) in question slow down to a standstill without any real reason
it seems.

Seagate Confirms 1TB Hard Disk Drive

For now 300 terabyte storage devices may sound like science fiction, but again Seagate discovered plans to release 1TB hard disk drive products within 6 months. The 1TB hard disk drive will be based on perpendicular recording technology. The 1TB Barracuda from Seagate Technology is expected to hit the market sometime in the first half of this calendar year. No additional information available.
