Windows 10: 100% disk usage in m.2, freezing and BSOD

Hi everyone. Someone please help me.Recently my pc is getting 100% disk usage when I try to play a heavy game like GoW or COD Warzone. 100% disk usage

The most common cause of 100% disk usage appears to be Superfetch and Prefetch, but there are also other causes. You can try disabling both these features and see if it helps.

I have tried all following steps ->

Disable Windows Search

Update your device drivers

Disable SuperFetch service

Disable Antivirus Software temporarily

Change your Google Chrome & Skype settings

Fix your StorAHCI.sys driver

Still when I disable windows update in servicers.msc it turns ON after day or 2..

• Did you receive any error messages?
• Can you send us the screenshot of the Task Manager showing the 100% disk usage and memory usage?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
