Windows 10: 100% Disk Usage leak when opening Start Menu

Opening the start menu provokes a massive spike on the disk usage, staying at 100% for several minutes. No processor seems to stand out on the Task Manager. I've literally tried every trick I could find online from the MSI one to killing superfetch & Windows Search, stopping telemetry and even reinstalling Windows but nothing seems to work. No malware was found. My laptop is practically unusable for now, I'd greatly appreciate any help I can find.

100% disk usage

Hi,

For the last 2 weeks, I always have 100% disk usage and it make my laptop unusable. Everything lag and can't close/open page and I can't open the start menu anymore.

I can watch with task manager, but nothing weird, just the 100% disk usage.
