Windows 10: 100% disk usage on startup with desktop screen on login refusing to load.

Hello and thank you for those who offer help;I have head this problem on and off for the past 2 years give or take, with multiple either Microsoft quality update uninstall or windows reinstalled to fix it. Yesterday I had the problem again after the problem within the same month after putting to sleep I want to say I did not update the computer, I just shut it down and restarted it the next day.I will include information that I have come across that seems accurate to my circumstances or may add to the situation:-I have had the same hard drives since 2015 when I got my pc. I was wondering if

100% Disk Usage on Startup

The methods in the link have helped, the computer is able to get to the login screen faster (instead of being stuck in a rotating circles screen for 20 seconds), but the 100% disk usage problem still persists.

For comparison, I have a laptop (Windows on SSD as well) that takes nearly instantaneous to log me in after putting in the password. On the desktop, it takes around 10-20 seconds longer before it reaches the desktop screen, and the disk usage makes accessing
anything impossible for a further 10-20 seconds. I fear that this constant disk usage will reduce my SSD's lifespan faster, so any more help in fixing it is appreciated.
