Windows 10: 100% disk usage. Please assist

After a Nvidia driver update. I played cs and it worked fine. Then I played DotA ( there was an update which was heavily bugged), I played a couple of games. After that my laptop became heavily slowed and now the task manager shows 100% disk usage constantly. When the computer starts up for a brief moment it shows 100% cpu usage from system interrupts and then it becomes 100% disk usage.
