    100% disk usage


    For the past couple of days I've noticed my disk usage on task manager spiking up to 100% and sometimes back down, I've searched online for solutions, I've tried a lot of different things multiple times and nothing is helping, the values beneath the 100% hardly go above 1MB/s but it's saying it's consuming the entire thing, I don't know much about PCs so I've tried not to touch anything, not that I understand it anyway, but it makes being at home and working from home difficult when my PC crashes a lot and it won't go away, my PC runs games smoothly with hardly any frame drops at all and I honestly just don't understand what it wants me to do
