Windows 10: 100% disk useage unresolved since 2017

Discus and support 100% disk useage unresolved since 2017 in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I am so frustrated with Windows 10 and it's unresolved 100% disk useage.     100% disk useage unresolved since 2017


    I am so frustrated with Windows 10 and it's unresolved 100% disk useage. I tried various solutions for years. The last one I did was the fresh reboot which did nothing. I ended up backing up my hard drive 2days worth and erasing my disk. Reloaded it all again - worked just like new until it began doing it's updates. One week later I am back to the snail's pace 100% disk useage. This will be the last PC I will every buy unless someone figures out this issue.

    Clean install, disk usage at 100%

    I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.
