Windows 10: 100% disk Utilization even nothing is running and pattern repeating

My system has 2 HDD 160GB and 500GB and i am facing issue of 100% disk utilization even though nothing is running and this utilization is repeating in a pattern, like it remains in 100% usage with 0 - response ms, 0 -read speed, 0 -write speed for some 2-4 min and then back to normal where all parameter is under good condition response time ms, read speed, write speed for some time 2-3 min and again the utilization increases to 100% and goes back to earlier state 100% usage with 0 - response time ms, 0 -read speed, 0 -write speed.I will explain the full history of it.i have some data and

I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.

 

Windows 10 100% disk utilization

I have a relatively new laptop (Christmas 2017) noticed that it was running slow. In Task Manager it is showing 100% disk utilization.

I have scoured the web and have tried all applicable fixes and have not resolved the issue.

this is maddening anyone have any suggestions

only 7% cpu, 40% memory 100% disk, 0% network

100% disk utilization

Windows 10 Dell Laptop is always running very slow due to 100% disk utilization even at startup. Task manager shows Google Chrome as the biggest utilizer even though only the home page is up. It is very frustrating as the laptop came with Windows 8 which
was running smoothly. Problem started once I upgraded to Windows 10. Is there any particular service I need to disable to avoid this 100% disk utilization all the time?
