Windows 10: 100% GPU Usage Spikes on Windows 10

Hi there,around a week ago I decided to reinstall windows on my laptop Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55, NVIDIA 1660ti GPU. I reinstalled all my drivers from the website of my manufacturer and all was well. I started noticing large lag spikes that lasted around 0.5 of a second to 1.5 seconds when playing Rocket League and I found it was due to my GPU usage spiking to 100% in high intensity moments and my usage was already high so I assumed it just ran out of resources. I capped my FPS and the issue was fixed for while a few days, however, since yesterday and maybe the day before, my GPU usage has bee

Significant CPU, GPU and RAM lag spikes

My computer is having significant lag spikes. How do I make my computer's CPU, GPU and RAM go down? Any tips or suggestions? Also I use this computer for gaming.

100% gpu usage!
6.5gb ram usage!
65% cpu usage!
Disk does fine, though.

Lag Spikes caused by CPU usage drops and GPU usage spikes after Windows 10 April update

Since the April 10th update for Windows 10, my laptop has been suffering from lag spikes that occur during simple tasks such as browsing the internet.

When looking at the task manager during these spikes, I can see that the CPU usage drops to around 10% while the GPU usage increases to close to 100%. I looked at what programs were using large portions of the GPU which turned out to be the 'Desktop window
manager' and the 'Client server runtime process'.

I've seen that other people have had a similar problem with the recent update, but not much in the way of solutions as of yet. Does anyone know how to fix this?

100% Disk usage spike on Windows 10

Recently I have experienced that when running most applications (especially gaming) my Laptop would have a disk usage spike to 99% or 100%. when I check the task manager there is no specific program using the disk, its just at 100% usually forcing me to
do a hard restart. baring in mind that when I run the programs the usually run smoothly and very randomly the disk usage spikes. this has only been happening since downloading windows 10. I have read many threads and applied many fixes such as disabling SuperFetch,
BIT service and windows update. I have also disable cloud based protection which seemed to work for some people but not for me, any other suggestions?
