Windows 10: 100 percent disk usage and hanging problem in windows 10

Discus and support 100 percent disk usage and hanging problem in windows 10 in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I suffered with this problem for long.     100 percent disk usage and hanging problem in windows 10


    I suffered with this problem for long. I used the suggestions that were available at that time like disabling indexing, prefetch etc... none worked ! Now I am free of that problem ! here is my experience and how i overcame it. hope this helps others suffering from the same problem.1 disabled all startup programs which were unneccessary, by looking studying about those services online , and deciding if there were absolutely neccessary ! this helped only briefly,2 The main culprit was found to be windows defender anti virus , this could not be disabled and it was active and taking cpu time
