  1. 1024*768 faster than 640*480

Hey, so I encountered a weird thing while playing counter strike source. So i actually turned down all my graphics settings to low and set the resolution to 1024*768 and i was getting fps not dropping below 200so i thought that running at 640*480 there will be some slight increase in fpsbut i found out that it was running above 60 fps but slightly reached 200 it reached like 180,184,187 like that but would not reach 200Is there something wrong or am i wrong that lower resolutions does not mean slight increase in fps or higher resolutions can get more frames?

    :)

  2. Stuck in 640 X 480

Troubleshooting a Rockwell program it was suggested to try starting 640 X 480.

When that didn't work I unchecked the box for this and the app still starts in 640 X 480.

    Any suggestions?

    Stuck in 640 x 480

    Windows 10,
    Rockwell FactoryTalk View,
Had some issues with compatibility with windows 10. One of windows brilliant suggestions was to have it run in 640 x 480. Now, even though that box is unchecked, the program always opens in that resolution. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled, rebooted the computer a couple thousand times and updated all drivers. Any ideas?

  4. 1024*768 faster than 640*480

    Display resolution stuck at 1024 X 768

    Hello,

I've upgraded to Windows 10 about a month ago, and recently my screen resolution got stuck at 1024 x 768. I can't change it back to the usual 1360 X 768 because the screen just turns black, and I have to press enter to return to the previous setting. I can
"fool" it into setting to 1280 x 768 whenever I startup the new Catalyst installer, but it reverts to 1024 after I turn the computer on and off again.

My video card is a ATI Radeon 4800 HD.
