Windows 10: 10services_default

Hey gang I downloaded 10services_default which was suppose to fix Cortana for windows 10 and ran it and rebooted my pc and Cortana still is not working. I have all the setting for region and language set properly. The error I'm still getting is Cortana is disabled by company policy. Is there a work around for this? I am aware that Microsoft is aware of this issue and have downloaded any and all updates they have so far and have downloaded the language packs for Cortana and speech. Any feed back would be appreciated.*Huh

Your language and region has to be set to US. Other than that, try to run this in CMD as admin:

reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search" /v "AllowCortana" /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search" /v "CortanaEnabled" /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Search" /v "AllowCortana" /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

I did what you suggested and it put me I'm thinking one step closer to activating Cortana instead of getting the magnifying glass I now have the Cortana logo ? a round circle. At this point its still giving me the same error. Cortana is disabled by company policy. I also went back and checked language and region setting and they are set properly.
Any further advice would be appreciated. And I did a reboot as well when I did those adds.
