Windows 10: 11-24-19 COMPUTER LOCKED BY MICROSOFT 12/21/19 I was not able to send my issue below...

11-24-19 My Desk Top was locked by Microsoft; Blank White Sreen; Call Microsoft @1-855-915-2016


I worked with JOSH, EMP ID MST58669 CASE ID-9260283558


CASE-IDENTITY THEFT/HACKING ISSUE. MICROSOFT had me work with PCFIX247 to resolve the issues Josh was not able to fix. I purchased their All In One Support; Life Time Plan for 5 devises, $1749.98 one time fee. I had my lap top cleaned 11/29 and they said I should have my computers cleaned once a month.

PLEASE ADVISE IF THIS IS A SCAM OR LIGITIMATE SERVICE I OBTAINED THROUGH MICROSOFT 11/24/19.

From 2/17/19 thru 4/19/19 I have suffered 12 BlueScreens -- Why?

Immediately after my last BSOD (4/19/19) I ran Windows Memory Diagnostics -- no errors found;

today, no errors found.

4/19 - I ran Chkdsk /R -- no errors, all files, indexes, disk sectors OK.

4/28 - Ran Chkdsk again -- again, AOK

In addition, the machine is a Lenovo, and I have run their full set of [hardware] diagnostics multiple times -- no errors

The BIOS was updated: 11/22/18, 2/7/19, and 4/24/19.

Was able to do a restore to late Feb after the BSODs of end of March.

The error code 19 describes that, Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.

Recommended resolution

• Uninstall and reinstall the driver.
• Revert to the most recent successful registry configuration.
  

Before we could reset the computer to factory settings, I suggest you to refer to the below article and perform the troubleshooting steps suggested for error code 19.

Windows 10 update 12-19-15 broke Start button+

My lap top also received an update on 12-19-15 although it is not listed in the list of updates. I can not access Microsoft word - anytime I open a document and start typing it restarts the program and then closes. I am so frustrated with these updates
that have caused so many problems lately.
