    Embedded videos freezing


    Recently I installed Windows 10, upgrading from 8.1. Now videos embedded in emails freeze after playing for a few seconds. Mainly it's the ads that often precede and accompany shared videos that are freezing, but when this happens, I can't get beyond them to see the shared vid. This occurs with all browsers that I have tried, e.g., MSN, Google, IE. Suggestions?

    MS Edge freezes PC when playing a video

    I recently purchased a PC with W10. I have both MS Edge and IE 11. If I play a video in MS Edge, it freezes my PC and I have to use the power button to reboot. However I can play the same video in IE 11 with no problems....

    Any suggestions?

    Video playback, Sound but no Video

    Conflicts with the video codec is one of the possible reasons why you are having issues watching your videos. For us to assist you better, kindly answer the questions below:

    • May we also know what is the file name extension of the videos (such as .wma, .wmv, .mp3, or .avi)?
    • May we know which app are you using to open the video?
    • Have you tried using a different media player app to open the video?
