Windows 10: 12 msi missing

Hi Group,
Sorry but I,m newbie and unsure where to post,
My problem is that I am trying to download a software program, but the computer comes up with, ( error 1155, 12 MSI missing )
I can download music and video,s but not software,
any help would be appreciated, I,m at my wit's end.

Ok, here's what I did.

I downloaded the entire ZIP file of all the components.





Aprrox. 648MB. I then scanned with Defender to make sure it was clean. Then unzipped to its own folder.

I then clicked on the Setup.exe in the folder.





I got to this point. I do not want to install it on my machine, so I cancelled out and stopped.





You can do the same. I think you need the whole package downloaded like I did.
