Windows 10: 1200% zoom in Paint Win 11

I have a problem with zooming in Paint. After installing Windows 11, I was able to zoom in at 1200%, but when I turned on the game Counter Strike in 4:3 and alt-tabbed in Paint, the zoom was locked at a maximum of 800%, so it's probably related to the resolution. Currently, a few days ago I noticed that the zoom was stuck at 800%. I have already written to the support who helped me by rolling back the system to October 3. It worked for a while, when I opened Counter strike it got stuck again. So I rolled the system back again and it also worked at 1200%, but after some time it changed

Microsoft Paint zoom issue

Dear all

Has anyone experienced this issue as well?

By editing a .png with MS Paint (Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22623.730 (ni_release)) the vertical scroll-bar does not follow the zoom

and this unable to edit lower (zoomed) part of the file.

Have installed Classic Paint in Win 11 and would like to set it as default.

It appears in the list of Programs & Features in Control Panel and in Settings/Apps & Features, but not in the list to be able to set as default apps.

It would probably help to find out where it has installed but various searches have failed to find it.

As I have also changed the "right click" drop down menu back to that in Win 10, it would also be great to have it appear in the drop down list for "open with".

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
