    120GB of space taken up on my device - no one can help


    Hi there,


    I'm at the end of my tether here and was just hung up on by Microsoft support after he put me on hold for 20 minutes, AFTER waiting 40 minutes for a call back.


    That being said:


    I Installed Gears of War 4 on my laptop, but installed another game along side it which finished first, My PC was unable to finish my Gears of War 4 installation because I had ran out of space, so I uninstalled the other game to give myself some more space but my PC still couldn't finish the download apparently. I restarted the PC to see if that'd solve the bug, but instead it is asking me to fresh install again, however I cannot as there is not enough space on the drive as the Gears of War 4 installation reached 120GB. I cannot find the file to uninstall or remove to restart installation again and now I'm left with this big chunk of space on my PC I cannot remove.


    Can someone point me in the right direction please as the Microsoft site doesn't provide any information on this issue and support was terrible.


    On a smaller topic, how do I call in and submit a complaint, I am beyond irritated at the blatant lack of respect I was shown by the agent on the phone.

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • What is the make and model of your computer?
    • What is the exact error message that you're getting when performing an update?

    Meanwhile, I'd suggest following the steps in this article
    to help you free up drive space on your Windows 10 device.
