I am confused about how you have set up the displays.

To better understand the problem, I want to ask a few questions:

• What did you mean, "Plug HDMI to DisplayPort"? HDMI and DisplayPort are 2 different connectors. Did you use an adaptor?
  
• Also, how did you connect 2 computers and 4 monitors at the same time using one USB dock? Or you are using 2 docks? Please provide a photo showing how the monitors are connected.
  
• Since the Asus computer has an HDMI port and the 2 monitors you have mentioned also has HDMI input, please connect one of the monitors directly to the computer without using the dock, and see whether they are flashing.
  
• The user guide for the dock mentioned that there are special instructions for connecting different GPUs (See the "An external monitor does not work" problem in the manual). Please follow the steps and see whether the issue persists.

90W at idle too high for you?

 

Looking to upgrade~

The motherboard looks limited to 90W TDP. On the CPU support list, all the AM2 CPUs that are 125W are not listed. Only the AM2 CPUs with 89W or lower are listed. Only 3 Phenom II X4 are under 90W, Phenom II X4 900e, Phenom II X4 905e and Phenom II X4 910e. Their price is way to high for the value.
