Windows 10: 128GB Micro SD Card Bricked

Main Issues:

• SD card will not format into any file-system Constantly in RAW
• SD card is empty but is marked full
• SD card has 2 partitions that cannot be deleted
  • even with Admin CMD - DISKPART "delete partition override"
• SD card cannot create partition primaries
• SD card cannot create volumes
• SD card has no volumes
• SD card does not respond to Admin CMD "set id=07 override"
• SD card does not respond to third-party software.
• SD card will not "wipe" or "clean"

If no go, I would suggest exchanging the Micro-SD adapter (if it came with it) and/or the card.

I agree with @Berton - get a USB Memory Card Adapter that accepts a Micro-SD card if you don't have a integrated SD slot. IF you do, all you need is the MIcro-SD to SD adapter.
