Windows 10: 12th of October, 2022 - Security Patch makes PC-Fans spin 300% more loudly VERY LOUD

Yesterday, before going to sleep I decided to install the latest available Windows Update. Today I decided to turn on my PC. As it turned on I was greeted by the scare of my life. My PC Fans, as soon as Windows booted up, span SO LOUDLY it cannot be underestimated how loud it was... i've never heard any eletronics device with fans be THIS LOUD it had to have been the maximum amount of speed these fans can go and beyond probably. I thought my PC would explode.After suffering this heart attack I scrambled to find a solution to the ticking time bomb that were my ear-grindingly loud fans. Luck

GPU Fans Spinning Loud during Shutdown

So lately maybe 1 out of 4 shutdown's the GPU fans will spin really loudly. I looked at the GPU fans and they are all good there is no dust, nothing damaged and everything seems to be ok. This is a newer pc build with the following components:

The fans start to spin loud right when the screen turns off... I am not sure what it is or if its normal or what so if anyone has any input that can help me?

 

TLS Security Settings fails after October 2022 Patch

Hello Everyone,

After installing the Windows October 11th 2022 patch (KB5018410 - Build 2130), we face some weird issue that the Microsoft Edge fails to enable TLS Security Settings. If i am not wrong, the September Preview(KB5017380 - Build 2075) patch also had the same issue. I downgraded that to KB5017308 - Build 2006, then it started working. This October patch by default removes TLS 1.0, 1.0 and enables only TLS 1.2. Even if we enable it manually, we get the same error. Can somebody please check and respond this.

This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website's owner.

Your TLS security settings aren't set to the defaults, which could also be causing this error.

PC Fans Running Loud

Hellu. *SmileFirst you want to know what fan is running loudly, then take appropriate action. HWinfo64 is a good tool to have up and running for its sensors utility. If it is the cpu fan, take notice on any programs/services that's high-running and resource-heavy in the task manager. Anything from dust to ambient temperature can contribute to a loud fan.
