Nvidia monitor overclocking / custom resolutions

I open the Nvidia control panel => Change resolution => Configure (or what it says below the resolution list) => create custom resolution.

Whatever I change, it says something like "your display doesn't support the custom resolution" when I click on the 'Test' button. As I said it worked fine on Win 8.1 and there are some other people experiencing this issue aswell.

  3. custom resolutions lost windows 10

I have lost my custom resolutions from the NVidia control panel since upgrading to windows 10.

When i try to recreate the custom resolution at 50hz it no longer displays. i have lost the ability to game at my desired settings, windows 10 promised better gaming but this is not the case.

    Can anybody help?
