    Terrible Lag on Windows 10 with Clone Display for Game Capture

    When I clone my monitor 144hz with capture card monitor works like 30hz not 144hz. Windows 7 no issue so what is wrong with this windows 10. Monitor report 144hz in OSD and in NV control panel but works like 30hz. WHEN U FIX IT?

    Monitor refresh 144hz - but one time booted with lower value.

    Just wondering why on first boot ( after power outage ) refresh was normal at start 144hz. It happened when i manually turn off computer and turn on again,and on my second boot it happened. Refresh was
    lower than 144hz. To make again 144hz i turned off monitor and turn back on again.

    So that was bug or that power outage related?
