Windows 10: 16GB 4 memory modules suddenly stops working

Hi there, Im June from the philippines.Im using an intel I5 4690 cpu with 4 x 4gb of hyperx memory module on an msi motherboard. Suddenly it stops booting the next time I turned on my desktop.After removing the three modules to trouble shoot leaving 1 stick in the A1 slot, it boots normallyNow I moved the memory stick to A2 slot and add another to B2 slot it boots but only reads 4 gbHow was that and Why ?Please help

Suddenly 'save as' stopped working

Hi,

Although nothing has changed in my Windows 10 setup, suddenly the right-click 'save as' option has stopped working, so I can't download images. Also, Wordpress Export facility suddenly wont work either - presumably it uses the same saving element.

Anyone else had this and solved it?

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to follow below steps and check.

Step 1: I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.

Step 2: I recommend you to download the Microsoft Safety Scanner from the following link and check if it helps.

• Look for AMD External Events in the list of available programs.
• Click Uninstall.
