Windows 10: 1709 Update ended with freeze on Cortana startup page

Discus and support 1709 Update ended with freeze on Cortana startup page in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; I ran the 1709 update and it ended by freezing on the Cortana startup page.     I ran the 1709 update and it ended by freezing on the Cortana startup page.
    I cannot get to normal startup.

    Cortana is suddenly freezing after update 1709

    After I Updated to my lastest windows 10 update 1709 ... I noticed that:

    1- Cortana is freezing when typing in the search .

    2- HDMI is not compatible with my HD Tv anymore

    please help ... !

    Creators Update on Mac using Boot Camp

    Nope. Sorry. That doesn't work. As stated in the question, the only version available for download from that page is 1709, the Creators Update. I had to get a live agent in a chat to email me a link to download version 1607 (Anniversary Update), because
    there is NO WAY to download the ISO on a Mac. The download page is broken.

    Also absolutely verified: Creators Update (1709) WILL NOT install from scratch in Boot Camp. Partway through, it will freeze and reboot a couple of times and then bluescreen with error code 0x00000001.
