Windows 10: 17IRR9 LOQ Tower 90X0 Windows Update Install Error Realtek-SoftwareComponent 12.0.6000.1167...

Dear Microsoft, first of all my apologies for a lengthy post to solve this issue. I Have just noticed within the last week that Windows Update tries to update Realtek-SoftwareComponent 12.0.6000.1167 throws up install error code 0x80070103 repeatedly. All other updates update fine. I have done everything from a clean install using the Lenovo RUSB Media for my serial number and also tried a fresh install of window 11 23h2 same install error present even tried win 11 22H2 same issue present . I have run dism as well as sfc /scannow now and install error is still there. Windows update is trying t

Please check if you can still use the “Show or Hide Updates” troubleshooter to hide the driver update. Window Update won’t install hidden drivers or updates. Run the troubleshooter then please try hiding the Realtek - SoftwareComponent driver update that will show in the list. You may try restarting your pc if it helps.
