Windows 10: 1803 Scrambled My Network Settings

I have 4 Computers that I successfully networked together (wireless I may add). Everything worked
well until that latest update and now the Network is totally blown.

I can understand the need for updates, but must Big Brother reset my Computers to some state that
he feels I should be at.

Honestly, if it were not for the fact that some apps I use will not work under Linux, I would have
tossed Windows into the dustbin years ago.

Now to go back and see what changes "God" hath wrought. Also. I thought I had killed off Network
Credentials, but the stake was removed from it's heart and the beggar is back alive again.

Very frustrating ...

Connected to a guest network instead of my home network

From the description provided, I understand that you want to switch from a Guest Network to Home Network.

As an initial recommendation, I suggest you to check whether the network discovery is turned to on.

Follow the below steps.

Step 1: Type network in the search box and choose
Network and Sharing Center in the list to open it.

Step 2: Select Change advanced sharing settings to move on.

Step 3: Choose Turn on network discovery or
Turn off network discovery in the settings, and tap Save changes.
