Windows 10: 1809 update - Error CONX 0xd0000034 Failed to add user mode driver...

This was 2015... It's now close to end of life for 1809 May 2020?? Is this HP2600 wifi print driver? Is it TIME setting? Is it hooked to the drive? UICC ISO is in smart phones. Do you know I dual-boot Ubuntu?? It uses UTC, and Windows doesn't. If this is related to this UMDF driver, All you need is to package the driver back into the system. NOW, I'm going to ISO with the Media Tool, and mount it, then pick setup from inside the ISO, and see if the ISO will work in this HP15_ac143wm , I tried 4 times to let Windows get this update and install. It failed 4 times this way. Error = 0xC1900101-0x30018. Later :

I was able to track down a RAlink driver from an old wireless adapter and uninstalled it. Unfortunately this did not resolve the problem.

Looking at similar errors in the log, it seems

2019-05-04 02:13:08, Error CONX 0xd0000034 Failed to add user mode driver [%SystemRoot%\system32\DRIVERS\UMDF\uicciso.dll]

is also being thrown up. But I'm not sure what this is a driver for in order to update/uninstall (a quick Google search does suggest this may possibly have caused problems in similar update cases? or may just be coincidental).

Probably a driver migration failed. Setupact.log from the Panther folder can better tell us.

 

Update to Windows 10 Spring Creators Update Fails HELP?!

Some driver failed to migrate as I can see.
