Windows 10: 1809 upgrade

I finally solved my upgrade from 1803 to 1809 tried all the ideas finally switched main computer and took off all import stuff I was getting the roll back from 75 to 82 percent I tried resetting the computer and even that rolled back I had to change drive I made a Bootable DVD ISO of 1809 and booted from it everything went fine the only thing I found out if you make a flash drive of the ISO the hard disk has to be formatted with GPT but I used the Native file system format I have a gigabyte u79 d3 it is 8 years old the mother board is fine The interesting thing in October I successfully installed 1809 then when they Fixed the issue ha ha it rolled back and did so until I did the above I must have tried at least 6 times since Jan The final straw it deactivated my win10 license I got when i moved up from win7 years ago this was solved by the above of course everything has to be reentered but it seemed like the only solution

I cannot update my Surface Pro 6 to Windows 10 1809

I just upgraded my Surface Pro to Windows 10 build 1809.
Here are the steps I did:

1. Open your web browser and go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and click "Download tool now".
   
2. Double-click on the MediaCreationTool1809.exe file you've downloaded.
   
3. Agree the license terms.
   
4. Select the "Upgrade this PC now" option and click Next.
   
5. Just wait to complete the upgrade process.

You can try following this guide. I suggest either step 4 or step 7.

 

Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.
