  1. 1909 update and folders no longer auto refresh

So I recently updated Windows 10 (yes I know "MY" mistake) and its been updating several times since.

All this in the past week or so

TODAY after an update restart my folders no longer auto update

I know its ODD that somebody uses their PC to make a living BUT I do,

Auto update is a feature I used to depend on oh,, maybe 100 times a day

I tried the Marc Cai registry edit and NO-GO still no auto update,,

Is it time for me to finally move on to Linux or is there a fix?

Why would they disable this in an update anyway???

    :)

  2. Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

    Steps to confirm issue:

    • Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
    • Secondary drive not visible in device manager
    • Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

    Steps to replicate issue:

    • Installing 1909 update

    Steps to resolve issue:

    • Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    3. To close the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type
    Exit, and then press Enter.
Note: The tool might take 15-20 minutes to finish running, so please do not cancel it.

1909 update and folders no longer auto refresh

    Auto Sleep not working

Well, since the update to 1909 my auto sleep doesn't work. The monitor goes to sleep at the right time but the computer stays on. I've set every combination for sleep times but, nothing works. Googled said problem and all of the suggestions are useless. Can't go back to 1903 as my backup drive no longer 1903 on it.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
