Windows 10: 1909 updates fail tried al recommended fixes more than once and others what next?

I'm getting a 800f081f error on both 1909 updates ( features and cumulative).

I've tried SFC,

DISM,

Update Troubleshooter ,

downloading from MS website,

using Tweaking.com repair,

all several times.

Also enabling and using the special Admin mode,

removing USB devices,

disabling AV,

reinstalling .net framework 3.5 ( several times) because that's what comes up in searches for this error number

even safe mode (that just won't run update though).

And now I've run out of ideas (short of reinstalling Windows, which I will not do).

It's a Dell XPS i7. It has 3 HDDS with several partitions on each and Windows is on C: So there's tons of space.

Win10 64bit. 16gig memory

Avast AV latest version.

And no other problems.

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

KB4025339 Fails Install 0x80070564

I am trying Eagle 51's suggestions now. Windows Update troubleshooter found a bunch of errors and fixed all but one.The update is trying to download KB4025339 again. I'll see what happens. At step one troubleshooter finishes with one error unresolved "Potential Windows Update Database Error Detected-Not Fixed". Windows update stalled at 0%.

At step 2 same troubleshooter error. The KB finished a new download failed to install.
Did step 3 KB has downloaded but fails to install.

If Eagle's suggestion doesn't work I'll try EdTittel's suggestion

Tried bothe Eagle & Ed 's suggestions - do not work. Anyone else?

I have noticed that the latest update for my nvidia drivers has failed to update. Wondering about that!
