Windows 10: 193 error Can't install programs after upgrading from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro

I just upgraded my computer from Windows 10 Home to Windows Pro 10. I was trying to install Turbo Tax, but nothing would happen after the files were extracted and I answered Yes to the pop-up window Allow TurboTax 2021 Installer to make changes to my device. I worked with Turbo Tax and they wanted to glance to see what was happening and I get a 193 error. I never had this issue with Windows Home edition.I checked the firewall permissions and Intuit Installer is allowed. The support person had me change the settings For Developers to turn on "Install apps from any source, including loose files"

I decided to take the plunge and upgrade to windows 10 from 7. I used the Media Creation Tool from MS website. It took awhile, but I am finally running Windows 10 (12-14).

I opened the new App & Program feature to remove programs that I no longer needed. Scrolling down the list, I was horrified! Apps that I didn't install somehow magically installed themselves. Two programs stood out: Facebook and Candy Crush Soda Saga. Both programs have those tale-tale icons that they came from Windows Store (which I've never even opened). The install date for both of them were on 12-26.

Is this a common thing for Windows 10? Or is it because I did an upgrade and not a clean install?

I have bought a legit "Windows 10 Pro" key of a key website. It is legit since i'm currently using it for over a year now. I currently have Windows 10 Pro installed on my PC and I want to do a clean install. I just can't find the windows 10 Pro download in the tool. But if i could use a windows 10 pro key with a normal windows 10 install, I'll be good to go.
