Windows 10: 19H1 Update won't install

Discus and support 19H1 Update won't install in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; For three days now, Windows 10 has been telling me that "Windows 10 Insider Preview 10.0.18362.1 (19H1_RELEASE) amd64 2019-03 (3)" is ready to install....     19H1 Update won't install


    For three days now, Windows 10 has been telling me that "Windows 10 Insider Preview 10.0.18362.1 (19H1_RELEASE) amd64 2019-03 (3)" is ready to install. So, I follow the instructions and restart and update the computer. The update makes it to 7% to 8% and then the computer restarts. It states that it is getting my computer ready and 5 seconds later it's ready for me to log in. I log in and then the computer tells me that it couldn't finish installing updates and gives a last failed install attempt with error code 0x80242016. This goes on at least two times a day for the last three days. Why won't this dumb update install?!

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

    Skype won´t wok in 17063


    Ok...

    After update my Windows 10 to 17063.1000 build, skype won´t work...

    It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

    If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

    Any workaround to solve this issue??
