    Hi there,


    I have a first gen arc mouse, i have only used it couple times, and of course i have lost the usb dongle. Anyone know if i still able to use this mouse?

    I have search the net about this mouse, there should be bluetooth sync button on it. But I can't see the sync button or there is no sync button on it at all. Any expert in here can help me?

    I have been using an arc touch usb dongle mouse and arc USB dongle keyboard on my windows 10 PC for years, with no issues. the mouse was wearing out so i bought a new arc touch usb mouse. After i removed the old mouse usb dongle, and restarted the pc, i
    inserted te new usb dongle into the same usb port, but the mouse gets recognized as an arc keyboard. this happens with the other arc keyboard connected or disconnected. the original mouse dongle works fine, even if they are both plugged in. i tried multiple
    usb ports. i also reinstalled the newest mouse and keyboard center.

    Any ideas?

    No need to worry about that, the Surface Arc Mouse does not need a USB dongle, it is a Bluetooth mouse, not a wireless mouse . . .

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response. Idid go through the steps you mentioned but i have Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth mouse that doesnt come with dongle but it connects with laptop bluetooth which is built-in.

    Secondly when i press the button that's below mouse (thats actually button to make it on discovery mode) its red/green light doesnt blink. Looks like thats button issue but i dont think it is as it was working absolutely fine untill i remove it from laptop
    when it was connected to it.

    Can you tell me the way to reset a Bluetooth mouse thats without USB dongle and it isnt has any reset button on it. Neither any reset instruction in user manual of it.
