Windows 10: 2.0 pendrive not detecting in 2.0 port but detecting in 3.0 port

I have two Win 10 PC. One of my 2.0 pendrive is not detecting in 2.0 port of both PC but getting detected if inserted in 3.0 port. This is not a problem with other 2.0 pendrives.

Ok, my question is in first auto detect my ports are listed 3-4- and 6
in the intel matrix storage ports are listed 2-3- and 5 ??? is this my problem and if so how did this happen .

The error you are experiencing may be due to a hard drive malfunction. This type error is usually generated by your BIOS or UEFI's S.M.A.R.T. detection. Your operating system is not at fault, when the error message appears the operating system has not initiated
yet S.M.A.R.T detected port 0 is not working and the hard may or may not be accessible. Please take note that at this point, your hard drive is prone to failure anytime.

You can hit F1 and boot your operating system, then back up your important files and replace the hard drive.
