    2-3 quick, half a second, freezes on startup.


    Every time I startup my PC, I get these short bursts of freezes that lag the display and mouse, it happens even before I finish logging in. I tried disabling startup apps but it didn't change, it's a benign issue at most, but I just want to make sure it can't be anything bigger. I have no time frame to tell you when it started/after a specific install.Here is my system info: https://pastebin.com/04UzFVak

    PowerDVD 9 freezes on startup for 10 seconds

    My problem is that my PowerDVD 9 freezes whole system for 5-10 seconds while starting. It happens on my HD monitor Samsung 240HD. But when I connect 40 inch 720p tv it works great. Please, can u suggest what the problem or give some link to fix.

    Mouse and keyboard freezing after 2-3 seconds of rest

    In this morning I noticed that when I stay 2-3 seconds without using the mouse or keyboard they freeze for 5 seconds.
