Windows 10: 2 Apps starting randomly

Discus and support 2 Apps starting randomly in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I don't use insider builds so haven't encountered anything like this but I just wonder if maybe rather than minimising these apps before closing you...     2 Apps starting randomly


    I don't use insider builds so haven't encountered anything like this but I just wonder if maybe rather than minimising these apps before closing you need to un-maximise/resize the windows before closing them. I guess with minimising is it doesn't change them from being maximised because as soon as you click back on them they revert to full screen. So a reduced window size for the app before closing may work instead.
