    Hello,Today I experienced my first BSOD after 30 days of not having one, the last issue was apparently the realtek gaming family controller driver in network adapters.     BSOD When playing games

    Hi Jackson,

    Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

    Please share the information requested below:

    • Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
    • Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

    I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

    BSoD when playing Portal 2

    I started gettings BSoD's on some games when i start them up (Portal 2 (Fullscreen only), MTA SA, Minecraft with shaders stuck at 30fps). It started back un july this year.
