Windows 10: 2 Icons for bluetooth?

I have a weird icon in my hidden icons on my taskbar. When I hover my mouse over the icon I do not get any name or anything like that. When I click it, it does nothing but when I right click the icon I get 2 options. To "manage bluetooth devices" or to "exit". When I press the "manage bluetooth" option I actually go to the windows setting of bluetooth. I already have a bluetooth icon so I don't know why I have this icon or why I would be able to "exit" it since its for my bluetooth. Sometimes the logo is in very low resolution for no real reason. Is this some sort of bug?

Does anyone know how to get rid of it? I see the icon appear 2 minutes in the hidden icons after launching my pc. If I press exit its gone until I reboot my pc.

This issue could be due to a corrupted driver on the system. As initial troubleshooting, we suggest running the automatic troubleshooter for your Bluetooth device. To perform the troubleshooting, please follow these steps:

• Click the Windows icon.
• Choose Settings.
• Under Settings, choose Update & Security.
• On the options on the left hand side of the window, click Troubleshoot.
• Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth and click
  Run the troubleshooter.

Bluetooth icon missing

• Is your Bluetooth device currently inserted?
• Can we have a screenshot of the interface where your Bluetooth went missing?

• Which version or build of Windows device are you using? To know, press
  Windows + R to open the Run window. Type winver
  and press Enter. A new window will open showing the version and build number of your Windows device.
• What were the recent changes made on your computer before you experienced this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Did you receive any error messages?

Windows 10 Bluetooth always on

I need to some details

1. What is the make and model of your PC?

2. Are you using inbuilt or external Bluetooth device?

I suggest you to follow the steps below

Method 1: I suggest you to follow these steps below

1-Click windows+x and then open control panel.

2- Then open the “Network and sharing center " icon from control panel.

3-Then click on “change adapter settings" from the left top corner of the opened tab.

4-Then from the new opened tab choose " Bluetooth network connection" and right click on it.

5-Then choose "disable” to turn off Bluetooth and again enable to turn on Bluetooth.

Method 2: I suggest you to uninstall and
reinstall Bluetooth drivers from computer manufacturer website.

  Click windows+x key
  
• 
  Select device manager > follow on screen instruction
  

To reinstall Bluetooth drivers I suggest you to contact Manufacture Website
